- Open Burgas Live → Me.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with your nickname (and your user number from Settings, if you know it). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm.
Deleted: your profile (nickname, icon, settings), chat messages, reports and votes, rides, points and your last shared position.
Kept for a limited time: the technical request log (device ID, IP address, phone model, app version) for up to 30 days, to prevent abuse; a blocked-device record, if there was one.
